• Upload CLEAR Images, we can not use Pictures of Pictures, Screen shots, JPG & PNG are not Accepted file formats for engraving. To avoid an artwork fee upload Vector images (resizable formats including SVG files). 
• What is a vector file?: A type of digital image file that uses mathematical formulas to represent images as lines, curves, and shapes, rather than pixels. This means vector files can be scaled up or down without losing resolution or quality. Common vector file formats include .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and PDF. They are often used for logos, illustrations, and graphics that need to be resized for various purposes

• Images & Logos may be subject to an art Fee if you're unable to upload a high quality Vector file.
• We will email you a proof of your design for approval before completing your order.
• Turn around time, 1pc approximately 5-9 days, more pieces may require a longer wait time.
